1. Delivery Timeframes & Processing

Your total estimated delivery time is divided into order handling and shipping transit:

Note: Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience minor delays due to high demand, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions.

2. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our logistics center, an automated email will be sent to you containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for initial package updates to appear on the courier's portal.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. If you detect an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@aerowearco.com. Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or dispatch.

4. Delayed or Damaged Shipments
