Do you ship worldwide?
No — we currently ship exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from international fulfilment centres strategically located to serve our Canadian customers efficiently.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order enters processing and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at info@aerowearco.com or refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
I haven't received my order — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipping date, please contact us at info@aerowearco.com. Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
o A full refund to your original payment method
o A discount code for a future order
o If your package is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued
How do I return an item?

My item is defective, incorrect, or damaged — what should I do?

o Your order number
o Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
o A brief description of the issue
The item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. A replacement is available if you prefer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item, or after a cancellation is approved. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the transaction. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
